Meet Dr. Ellis

Dr. Ellis received his Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi College and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Mississippi, graduating first in his class. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Washington Hospital Center.

Dr. Ellis is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also a member of the Southeastern Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Georgia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Georgia Dental Association, American Dental Association, Hinman Dental Society,  Northern District Dental Society, and Spear Study Club.

Dr. Ellis is affiliated with Emory Eastside Medical Center in Snellville.  He periodically sponsors and presents continuing education courses to local dentists. Dr. Ellis is a lifelong learner and regularly attends continuing education courses to keep abreast of the latest advances in oral and maxillofacial surgery so that he can offer these services to his patients.

Dr. Ellis and his staffs mission is to provide the highest level of care for his patients. Dr. Ellis enjoys participating in an elevated level of continuing education that supports the highest standards of service and quality care for his patients. Many of our staff have been with the practice for more than 30 years, and our office can offer a level of experience in patient care not often found in today’s changing medical and dental health facilities. Dr. Ellis enjoys fishing, golfing, and tennis in his spare time.
